ALL lights/lightbulbs are working properly. Have barback/security eplace any bulbs not working. Follow Sound and Lighting instructions when manager is not on duty - click button at top of this page for details. Thermostats are powered on and turned to auto. When cold, set to 74 and heat; when warm, set no lower than 68 and cool Sound is on and Rodeo's Music & Ambiance document is being followed POS (Point of Sale) systems are connected and turned on POS printers are working and have printer paper in them Ensure barback (or DJ) has turned on all TV's, and all LED strips If any TV's aren't working correctly try to resolve issue by unplugging the TV and plugging back in. If issue persists, notify manager From open to dark - TV's should be set to to ESPN. From dark on, TV's should be set to Youtube - showing Rodeo graphics on repeat. To show DIrecTV - select input and choose either Input 1 or DirecTV input. If DirecTV not working - troubleshoot by unplugging the power for ten seconds and plugging back in. To show graphics - select the home button on the remote - click YouTube - scroll to the left hand toolbar, click playlists, click watch later, scroll right to the rodeo playlist and then click left to select the “repeat” option. Assume ALL barback checklist tasks if barbacks are not scheduled for the night All open bottles have liqour spouts on them Bottle dust covers from bottles being used for the night have been removed and placed in storage cup Bottle dust covers are on all bottles not being used for the night Work with Barback to ensure all supplies and equipment needed are available and ready to go for your shift Soda gun caps have been placed back on soda guns for any guns being used for the night All "During" duties have been read through prior to beginning of shift

NO DRINKING! DRINKING CALLS FOR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION Ring up all merch! For employees - use the employee merch buttons so that you only pay the cost of the merch. For anyone else - use the regular merch buttons to ring up at full price. Please ensure to ring up comped beverages with the “- C” buttons. Please ensure to also use the “- C" buttons to ring up beverages that you would like to discount 50% - rather than ringing up full price and discounting 50%. Phone usage during shift is not allowed unless using to promote the business. Use your two-way radio to communicate with barbacks and security for any assistance or emergencies - if they are not in plain sight/easily accessible. Please do not leave your designated area for any reason aside from restroom breaks or emergencies. If you need to leave your designated area for any reason (restroom, emergency phone call, etc.) - please ensure you ask your manager for permission and have another employee keep an eye on your well. More than one restroom break every two hours will be considered excessive. If you are having medical issues - please notify your manager. Leaving the business during your shift is not permitted. If an emergency exists - please notify your manager. Eating during your shift is not permitted. Please eat before or after your shift. If we need to schedule you later so you can eat before shift, let us know so we can plan accordingly. Keep yourself and bar backs busy; find organizational and cleaning tasks for barbacks during down times. If no barback is scheduled, task yourself out Keep your bar tops, floors, and tabletops clean at all times Pick up / sweep trash and beer caps off the floor behind the bar during downtime Refer to your Handbook for all operational rules and procedures

Clock out when finished with close out Turn off TV's Sound and light switches in DJ booth should be turned off immidiately at 2AM. All other lights may be turned off when exiting the building. Door is locked when all guests have exited Only scheduled employees are inside building after 2:15 AM Ice is removed from wells; either thrown away in mop sink, bar sink, or in trash (if thrown in sink, use hot water to melt) Soda gun caps are removed from soda guns - caps and guns are placed in a cup of soda water to soak overnight Speed wells and inside ice bin are thoroughly cleaned Detail clean all around and under your POS, including the cash drawer (no supplies or cards/ID's should be left in drawers) All trash behind bar is picked up and thrown away Behind bar floor is swept and mopped Spray and wipe down bartop Soda guns and hoses are wiped down with cleaner; cap should removed and placed in soda water Thermostats are turned off or set to auto and 75 Place Radios in office on charger with headsets neatly wrapped around the top of them. Ensure light and sound switches on right side DJ booth - next to mixers - are turned off EVERY CORNER, NOOK, AND CRANNY HAS BEEN CHECK FOR TRASH AND MISPLACED ITEMS. ALL TRASH HAS BEEN THROWN AWAY AND EQUIPMENT/SUPPLIES HAVE BEEN PROPERLY ORGANIZED AND PLACED
