Bull Operator Checklist

All riders must sign Bull Waiver

(USE “WAIVER DIGITAL” APP ON IPAD - LINK BELOW IS IN CASE APP ISN’T WORKING FOR ANY REASON)

Weekly Inspection Checklist must be completed and submitted by Bull Operator EVERY MONDAY

Monthly Inspection Checklist must be completed and submitted by Bull Operator on the 1st DAY OF EVERY MONTH

Incident Report must be filled out for any injuries
