Clock in at your scheduled time and immediately head to your position at the bottom of the ramp entrance. Please do not move more than 10-15 feet from your designated area. Maintain a positive and outgoing attitude. Continuously smile. Attempt to bring in as many people as possible. Try different methods and use what you feel will work best at each approach. Do not discriminate. Everyone is welcome to Rodeo as long as they meet dress code requirements. See security checklist below for dress code. No roaming around the business or talking to other employees - focus on guests. Restroom breaks or emergencies are the only reason to move from area; shouldn’t need to go to restroom more than twice during each four hour shift. If having an emergency - please notify management. Eating on shift is not allowed. If a water or non alcoholic beverage is needed to rehydrate, request a barback to bring item to you no more than twice per shift. Clock out at your scheduled time.
