All inventory & supplies have been ordered and scheduled to be delivered and/or picked up for event day. Beer troughs are scheduled for team member(s) to pick up from business and drop ant event site on day of event. All Barbacks & Bartenders have been scheduled and are aware of arrival time as well as event time frame. All Square POS's have been charged and are updated to latest software (you will be prompted when turning on if software needs to be updated). Update any item prices if needed. Ensure Barback understands bar layout and spread of alcohol/supplies between each bar Ensure all bartenders have turned on their HotSpot and are connected to their POS. Ensure bartenders know how to add 20% gratuity and 3% service fee to all tabs Ensure Barbacks and Bartenders have links (located at the bottom of this page) to their opening and closing checklists.

Oversee packing of all leftover inventory and supplies. Bartenders to cap all liquor bottle pour spouts Attempt to utilize ice bins and beer troughs to pack - refrain from packing in cardboard boxes. Ensure Barback washes all pour bottles, pour spouts and shaker tins at business dish machine and clean ice bins with spray/towel. Ensure all leftover inventory as well as supplies are stored in proper storage areas in bar. Any extra/special inventory ordered for specific event to be stored in supply closet. Attempt to run through irregular inventory through the business or at following event.
