Ensure your pour bottles are filled with mixers/juices and shaker tins as well as pourer spouts are readily available. Ensure ice bins and beer troughs are filled by Barback. Assist if needed. Assist Barback with any final set up tasks.

Work with team to pack all leftover inventory and supplies. Cap all liquor bottle pour spouts Spray/wipe clean ice bins Attempt to utilize ice bins and beer troughs to pack - refrain from packing in cardboard boxes. Work with team to ensure all leftover inventory as well as supplies are stored in proper storage areas at bar.
