2 AM lights on Ensure people are finishing drinks and getting people with paid tabs out the door Gather all trash cans from bar, around venue and bathrooms (including womens & pick up the trash on the bathroom floors and counters) Wipe bathroom mirrors Wipe booth mirrors Take out trash Put new trash bags in trash cans and replace trash cans to where they belong Then sweep and mop the whole venue (pay extra attention to area by games and please mop the bottom of the game floors) Return any glassware you see to bar and throw away any beer bottles Have the Barback or manager make sure your duties are done Double check that the trash door is locked Clock out
