Turn on all tvs Turn music and club lights on a low setting. Do not play a hip hop playlist during opening hours. Turn main lights dim and keep bull area bright Ensure tvs are changed to games that are on that night. If no games, change to espn/nfl network depending on season Check all restrooms/ toilet paper / FILL WITH WATER/ balls out Fill fog daily Spot sweep Put all bar matts on bar. Shaker tins, fruit trays and salt rims Fill up all wells with ice Floor matts Set out trash cans Front door area/ sidewalk is swept and clean and through out the day Games are on and the ski machine is reset daily Restock beer and marry bottles for the night bartender

Clean the bar first. Wash bar mats , floor matts, shaker tins and salt rims Sweep and mop the bar floor Double check that security cleaned the bathrooms Help security with trash (not when there are 2 scheduled security guards) Make sure back room is cleaned no random trash/ everything is organized Back liquor room and walk in is organized and locked Mop area is cleaned Champagne cage is locked and key is put up PUT BACK FRONT DOOR KEY IN THE LOCK BOX
